The Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients who bring their vehicles in for maintenance or repair. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for communicating with them throughout the repair process.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
Listen to clients' concerns and accurately document them
Provide clients with estimates for repairs and maintenance
Communicate with clients throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questions
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
Ensure that clients are satisfied with the service they receive
Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and repairs
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Valid driver's license
