Olmsted is seeking a career-minded server who is highly motivated and passionate about hospitality. We are looking for a full time server (4-5 shifts per week) averaging 35-40 hours.

Candidate prerequisites:
Proficiency in steps of service
Able and willing to work as part of a team
High level of interest in wine & spirits
Experience with non-verbal communication
Creative and self-motivated problem solver
Our approach is informed by the fine-dining schools from which Chef Greg Baxtrom and our team have learned, but is casual and approachable.
Olmsted was a James Beard Awards Finalist for Best New Restaurant in 2017. The owners started the NYC Hospitality Coalition, a food bank for those impacted by COVID-19, and the Black Entrepreneur Series pop-up in the space of Maison Yaki (our sister restaurant) this year. Additionally, our kitchen team prepares hundreds of meals a day for Rethink, which are distributed in the local community.
