Founded in 1919, we have a long-standing tradition of being a warm and welcoming private club that strives to provide an excellent experience for Members and their guests. We offer fine-dining services, a state-of-the-art fitness center, aquatics center, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts and so much more.

Position Summary:

We are looking for skilled and friendly Servers to join our team! Servers are key in creating a truly great experience at Indian Hills! Our Servers have a passion for people, service, food and drinks and are responsible for delivering gracious hospitality with a strong knowledge of Indian Hills products and company. Servers operate extremely efficiently, providing team-based service and a positive and memorable Member experience. Servers must be able to multitask and provide excellent communication with team members and guests.

Essential Functions:

• Acts as an integral and efficient part delivering and providing excellent customer service to the members and guests.
• Completes daily tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Adheres to and supports standardized control procedures.
• Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned functions.
• Maintains complete knowledge and complies with all club policies and service procedures.
• Performs cleaning duties as required.
• Completes open and/or closing side work as needed and instructed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff.
