Sinatra Bar and Lounge is looking for Server Assistants to join our team in our new one-of-a-kind restaurant and lounge. Located in the historical Southern Turf Building with a Fourth Avenue North entrance in the heart of Downtown Nashville’s entertainment district Printers Alley. It’s with great pleasure and an honor for Icon Entertainment to partner with the Sinatra family to bring what promises to be one of Nashville’s—and the Southeast’s—most notable establishments.

Requirements And Responsibilities

• Display exceptional hospitality with a focus on the “guest experience”
• Assists food servers in providing prompt and polite service to their guests
• Consistent, trustworthy, reliable and responsible
• Able to multitask, maintain organization with attention to cleanliness and safety
• Communicate clearly with servers and the culinary staff
• Running food to guests in an orderly and efficient manner
• Clearing and resetting tables in a timely unobtrusive manner
• Prioritization skills to complete tasks based on urgency and importance
• Respects and values teamwork alongside the vision of the restaurant
