In this full time position, the employee will be expected to implement, maintain and monitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Program and the MFA Safety Program for a Group of MFA Agri-Service locations. The employee will also be expected to assist Field Specialists and Safety Coordinators with implementation, monitoring and record keeping of the Process Safety Management System. The SER Technician will also maintain/monitor maintenance of all safety, equipment and personnel for a Group of MFA Agri-Service stores. All duties must be completed in accordance with company policy.

Three years industry experience in agricultural business preferred. May be substituted with a BS degree.
Public speaking experience (preferred)
Knowledge of OSHA regulations
A comfort and knowledge with Anhydrous Ammonium

Ability to prioritize, set goals and achieve objectives
