We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance our website's visibility and organic search success. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO strategies and the ability to implement them effectively to drive traffic and engagement. The SEO Specialist will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure our educational content reaches its target audience efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular SEO audits, fix bugs, update sitemaps, and improve site architecture to optimize page rank distribution across products and e-commerce categories.
  • Technical SEO: Develop and implement a technical SEO roadmap, manage projects to enhance core web vitals, and optimize internal link structures.
  • Content SEO Strategy: Collaborate with external agencies for content planning and assignment, build out hub & spoke content plans, and improve keyword targeting in titles and content.
  • Innovation and Testing: Experiment with AI tools for SEO, conduct A/B testing using HTML code injections, and train team members on the latest SEO content tools and practices.
  • Project Management: Develop plans and manage timelines for SEO projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timely execution.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems and SEO software.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in improving SEO outcomes.

  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment.
