About The Role
Evergreen Money is hiring a seasoned Senior SEO Manager to spearhead our SEO strategy in our Miami office. In this high-impact role, you will ensure that Evergreen’s SEO is unparalleled and focused on driving acquisition. This role is backed by comprehensive resources and a commitment from the highest levels to prioritize SEO.
What You'll Do
Craft and implement a growth-focused SEO strategy, develop a detailed roadmap, set ambitious objectives, and drive execution through collaborative efforts.
Establish and oversee an SEO A/B testing framework to enhance SEO efficacy continuously, leveraging insights to optimize our strategies.
Formulate Evergreen’s SEO playbook and lead the creation of automated testing for key SEO functionalities.
Conduct detailed log file analyses to decode search engine behaviors and collaborate with Engineering to enhance site crawlability and resolve issues.
Devise and execute a comprehensive internal linking strategy, coordinating closely with product and engineering teams.
Implement a robust system to monitor SEO changes and establish alerts to safeguard SEO traffic.
Detailed content optimization recommendations for key website elements, including, but not limited to: Metadata, H1 tags, URLs, and image alt attributes.
Manage content writers and develop a detailed content calendar, supporting the SEO strategy.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years in acquisition SEO, with a preference for candidates with experience in Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, and/or Information Retrieval.
Deep expertise in all aspects of SEO, including content strategy, keyword audits, log file analysis, site performance, structured data, and understanding of Google’s algorithms and policies.
Proven track record with international SEO across various geographic locations.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex SEO concepts in clear, understandable language, both verbally and in writing.
Outstanding analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
