Senior Web Designer

Gyde's agency client is looking for a Senior Web Designer who will be responsible for leading the design and development of custom websites and high-converting landing pages.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom designs and successful landing pages. Experience with WordPress and Wix is highly desirable. The Senior Web Designer should also have a solid understanding of front-end languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of custom websites and landing pages that meet client requirements and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to create visually appealing and functional designs.
• Utilize WordPress and Wix platforms to build and manage websites, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all web projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve the user experience.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of custom web designs and high-converting landing pages.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Extensive experience with WordPress and Wix, including theme customization and plugin integration.
• Solid understanding of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly web experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UI/UX design and usability testing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
