------
We seek a reliable, creative, strategic, and experienced Senior Web / UX designer who is ready to push to a new level with our creative team.
Please DO NOT Apply if you are not based in the US or if your experience lies in repurposing templates or themes (e.g. Webflow, Divi, Wix, etc.) Portfolio must be made up of real-life projects — not "lorem ipsum". We expect you to collaborate with an open mind. You will lock arms with others within our Creative department and work daily with our Project Managers, Copywriters, Ads Manager, Developers, Stakeholders, and other department leads to take full ownership of what Chariot delivers to our clients.
You'll collaborate with our developers to help QA final websites to ensure absolute perfection while on time and on budget. The integrity of the creative work that we deliver will heavily rely on you.
Experience and technical knowledge are not all we are looking for. FIRST and foremost, a designer’s style & strategy need to mesh with our clients’ needs and Chariot’s path forward.
Required Experience:
7+ Years of Active Web and/or Graphic Design Experience building from-scratch, custom designs.
Agency Experience
Figma (expert level - applicants will be tested)
Adobe Programs (Photoshop & Illustrator knowledge required; others a plus)
Building Client-ready Web Prototypes (Desk + Mobile)
Leading Presentation Video Calls with Clients (validating the strategy behind all design decisions to clients and the internal team)
Wireframes & Site Mapping, Journey Maps, User Flow, etc.
Branding and UI Style Guides
Strategic UX/UI - Portfolio needs to show UX strategy on real projects
Experienced in Ideating Modern, Interactive Designs
Experience with Building Technical, Developer-ready Files (for Custom, Bespoke Development)
Experience with Navigating Objectives, Budget, Content, and Audience to Create Cohesive, Compelling Designs — Form + Function
Development/coding skills ARE NOT Required and NOT expected.
