The wealth management industry is massive (>$50T AUM) but still archaic. The lack of innovation has hamstrung advisors' ability to grow their businesses and left clients feeling underwhelmed by the legacy offerings. We aim to fix that.

About the role:

As one of our Wealth Advisors, we will provide you with the tools and resources you need to build your book of business, so you can focus on what you do best -- building relationships with clients and providing great investment advice.

We provide a base salary of $100,000 in addition to the best advisory fee split in the market, which increases in percentage as your book of business grows. We also offer an equity package to all employees, full benefits (100% covered), and 401k match.

What you’ll do for us:

  • Establish, cultivate, and enhance relationships with HNW clients
  • Build and implement iterative financial plans and wealth strategies
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial planning, investments, and tax planning
  • Be an active part of a collaborative team and share best practices
  • Research and present investment strategies
  • Coordinate tax filing and estate planning
  • Appear on camera in our video content, boosting your personal brand

Requirements:

  • Hold a Series 65 or 66 license or a CFP, CFA, ChFC, PFS, CIC certification
  • Currently advising a $15m+ book of business as the primary advisor
  • Significant experience as an advisor or in client-facing financial services roles
  • Significant experience in delivering financial advice directly to consumers
  • Exceptional investment acumen and knowledge of broader planning topics
  • Significant experience using financial services technology is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and written communication skills
