Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the Operations Team, the Senior Warehouse Associate performs duties related to receiving and shipping merchandise.
About The Role
Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments as needed.
Accurately and quickly pick, pack and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport.
Receive and verify incoming shipments, perform the unpacking of deliveries, and distribute contents to the right warehouse location.
Perform daily cycle counts and reconciliations and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing.
Maintain warehouse, ensuring it is in good order, and stock all necessary shipping labels, equipment, materials, and supplies; Ensure the rotation of product by expiration dates.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of warehouse experience and ability to work on assignments that require judgement in resolving issues or in making recommendations
SAP ERP, SAP S/4 Hana or SAP R/3 experience, MS Office proficiency required
Experience posting goods movement and inventory documents, cycle counting, and moving materials in SAP from location to location
Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time
Safely operate pallet jack and straddle lift (certification needed)
Accuracy and attention to detail, performing all duties according to SOP
Ability to communicate and work as a team
