Senior VP of Sales

The SVP of Sales will lead the Sales organization and play a critical role in leading growth strategies for the Company. This role must be able to drive strategy, execute sales initiatives, and lead in areas related to Operations & other supportive functions within the business. Will develop and implement strategy for larger wholesale audience in an effort to maintain consistency. Must be growth minded.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Sales P&L
• Develop and drive forecasts and strategies for achieving corporate goals
• Lead and support a global sales team
• Accountable for sort and long- term goals and all sales strategies
• Identify and develop new markets and channels for the company to pursue
• Leverage competitive analysis and cross functional input to identify opportunities in applicable markets
• Lead a seasoned team to successfully maintain and grow sales through multiple product offerings and all tiers of sales channel

Qualifications

• 15+ years of sales experience with progression as a senior leader in wholesale
• Adaptable to ever-changing business landscape
• Proven record of meeting aggressive sales goals and managing a sales force, strategic innovation and vision
• Keen organizational skills with a desire to build repeatable processes
• Proven track record of building team, developing emerging leaders and influencing other to grow themselves
• Ability to grow strong relationships with partnering departments
• Thrives in an extremely fast-paced company and doesn't take no for an answer

Education

• 4 year BA or BS college degree is desired
