The SVP of Sales will lead the Sales organization and play a critical role in leading growth strategies for the Company. This role must be able to drive strategy, execute sales initiatives, and lead in areas related to Operations & other supportive functions within the business. Will develop and implement strategy for larger wholesale audience in an effort to maintain consistency. Must be growth minded.
Responsibilities
Accountable for Sales P&L
Develop and drive forecasts and strategies for achieving corporate goals
Lead and support a global sales team
Accountable for sort and long- term goals and all sales strategies
Identify and develop new markets and channels for the company to pursue
Leverage competitive analysis and cross functional input to identify opportunities in applicable markets
Lead a seasoned team to successfully maintain and grow sales through multiple product offerings and all tiers of sales channel
Qualifications
15+ years of sales experience with progression as a senior leader in wholesale
Adaptable to ever-changing business landscape
Proven record of meeting aggressive sales goals and managing a sales force, strategic innovation and vision
Keen organizational skills with a desire to build repeatable processes
Proven track record of building team, developing emerging leaders and influencing other to grow themselves
Ability to grow strong relationships with partnering departments
Thrives in an extremely fast-paced company and doesn't take no for an answer
Education
4 year BA or BS college degree is desired
