As the Senior VP of Business Development, you'll lead sales strategies to exceed targets, manage and mentor sales teams, and cultivate key customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Sales Strategy:
Exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Develop strong customer relationships to drive growth.
Mentor sales teams for peak performance.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of territory management, from budgeting to call planning.
Market Analysis:
Analyze data to increase market share and stay competitive.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate at national and regional sales meetings.
Contribute to marketing programs.
Administration:
Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
7-10 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience managing teams and strong communication skills.
Healthcare industry knowledge and CRM software familiarity.
