Who we are looking for:

GS&F is looking for a Senior Visual Content Producer to join our team. This position will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects related to the production of photo and video assets at GS&F. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing the in-house photo studio, including business development initiatives to maximize its efficiency and profitability. This role requires a combination of creative vision, project management skills, and business acumen to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality visual content while fostering the growth of the GS&F studio.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to understand production requirements and objectives
  • Develop production budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of photo and video shoots
  • Arrange for necessary permits, locations, equipment, props, and talent as per project specifications
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freelancers to secure competitive pricing and resources for photo and video production
  • Manage on-set logistics, including scheduling, coordinating talent, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production
  • Develop strategies to market the in-house photo studio
  • Identify new business opportunities and client relationships to expand the studio’s client base
  • Manage studio resources, including equipment inventory, maintenance, and staffing


You’ll likely need the following qualifications and experience to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years experience in photography or videography production
  • Experience managing a creative studio in an agency setting preferred
  • Characteristics that successful people have in this role are entrepreneurialism, punctuality, organization, creativity

Location:

Given the nature of this position, we are only considering candidates who currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville in the near future (first 90 days of employment).
