We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Video Team Lead, this person will be at the heart of our internal production team, touching all areas of the business by working with both internal partners and external vendors, while embodying our team’s standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate is solutions and service-oriented, thinks quickly on their feet and thrives working on many projects at once. Projects include live internal events and feeds, leadership communications, interview-based pieces, mini-documentaries, product coverage, sizzle reels, animated videos, and communication campaigns for internal and external audiences

Coca-Cola Creative Studios (CCCS) is a growing, ambitious in-house agency based out of the global headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA. We are primarily responsible for providing strategic creative, digital, and video content and services to the global Marketing and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability) group to fuel the growth and Purpose of The Coca-Cola Company. Position Details

Hybrid work schedule - 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual

Individual contributor role - no direct reports

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Steer and manage digital and video projects systemwide though pre-production, production, post-production, delivery and archival.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to translate business objectives into creative terms for the team to digest and deliver.
  • Manage project team individual contributors and work tasks, ensuring on-time, quality delivery to contribute to the final product.
  • Establish and deliver against defined project scopes, creative briefs, objectives, production schedules and budgets
  • Proactively communicate project process, timelines, milestones and details with both client and Studios team.
  • Work collaboratively with the project management team for cross-disciplinary campaign scoping and management
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and concept/pitch when needed
  • Usher communications between internal partners, CCCS leadership and CCCS individual contributors for aligned decision making.
  • Collaborate with CCCS leadership and their team members to ensure deliverable(s) meet quality control standards including delivery on client objectives.
  • Follow and champion standardized processes for operations throughout the video team, including production processes (closing out projects, release and contract filing, budget realization, delivery to the proper platforms as needed), team resourcing and project tracking systems.
  • Provide thought leadership around ways of working and capacity management in a high-demand capability for our agency
  • Develop and nurture effective relationships with a variety of internal partners

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience as a Producer for video and photo projects of all kinds, including capture of live events, studio and on-location shooting, and animation and post-production
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe production software, including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Phenomenal partner management skills and a strong service orientation
  • Passion for organization, standardized operating procedures, and the details of production management, with a dash of desire to reform processes as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a past-faced work environment, proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing and competing demands
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine love of the industry and passion for staying up on storytelling and production trends

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience producing video and photo projects at an in-house agency, creative agency, broadcast news and/or video production agency, with partner-facing experience.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred
