Senior Vice President (Supply Chain Tech)

LHH Technology is seeking a Senior Vice President Technology and Supply chain to join a leading food and beverage company renowned for its innovation and excellence. THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO RELOCATION

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies focused on efficiency and sustainability.
• Oversee manufacturing operations and technology implementations, including NetSuite and Oracle ERP systems.
• Drive initiatives in commodities processing, emphasizing food and beverage sectors.
• Manage inventory systems and services procurement with a focus on supplier relationships.
• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for commodities, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Oversee logistics functions and optimize trading strategies for commodities.
• Direct budgeting and financial planning for the supply chain and manufacturing divisions.
• Monitor and report on futures and options trading, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement demand planning tools (e.g., JDA, SAP, Cognos) for effective sales and operations planning (S&OP).
• Ensure efficient production planning and scheduling, maintaining high standards of inventory management and control.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in supply chain management, with a focus on commodities processing in the CPG and food and beverage industries.
• 15+ years in inventory management, sourcing, and procurement with strong supplier relationship management.
• 15+ years in management roles related to commodities procurement, trading, and logistics.
• 15+ years of experience in futures and options trading and reporting systems.
• 3+ years in food and beverage manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
• 8+ years in budgeting and financial management.
• 5+ years of experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle).
• Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in demand planning tools (JDA, SAP, Cognos).
• Expertise in S&OP, production planning, and scheduling.
• Strong background in inventory management and control, statistical forecasting.
• Experience in supply chain software implementation and upgrades.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
