Additionally, will be in charge of optimizing department structure for scalability and new location openings.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: - Drive digital promotions across paid ads, SEO, social media, blogs, and industry sites. - Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to optimize marketing spend. - Monitor market trends impacting patient decisions, competition, and financial goals.
Marketing Strategy: - Enhance our brand messaging across various stakeholders. - Plan hyper-local out-of-home campaigns and collaborate on creative projects. - Set performance targets and establish reporting mechanisms.
Community Outreach/Sales: - Strengthen partnerships with referral sources in targeted markets. - Lead a performance-driven team to cultivate new referral relationships. - Align with executive leadership to meet growth targets and monitor performance. - Drive market expansion strategies based on outreach insights.
Required Experience & Skills: - Minimum 10 years in healthcare marketing leadership; addiction treatment experience preferred. - Familiarity with MAT and OTP settings. - Experience managing distributed sales teams. - Proven ability to scale marketing functions in growing businesses. - Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills. - Budget management expertise. - Proficiency in CRM systems, Google AdWords, and Microsoft Suite. - Comfort in a metric-driven environment; travel <15%.
