Create and implement a strategic plan for the BPO and technology sales & consulting services Telcom, Media, and Technology Industry that is in line with the overarching aim and objective of the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective key clients, understanding their unique business needs, and providing tailored solutions specifically in the vertical supported.
Be a domain expert in a given industry and bring that knowledge to help support the New Business Sales Team in their pursuits.
Provide senior-level guidance and direction regarding successful business and revenue growth through the implementation and improvement of sales processes
Build and enhance strategies to help the organization exceed the client's expectations
Support marketing efforts by providing input, based on market indicators
Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services and adhere to best practices.
Oversee the budget, financial performance, and data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of at least 15+ years in a leadership role within BPO /Technology sales, consulting, or related roles
Strong network of Telco, Media, and Technology industry contacts and a deep understanding of the solution landscape
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Aptitude for turning knowledge into innovative strategies and solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Hands-on expertise in managing global customer accounts
Experience in working with clients in different geographies globally
