Are you an experienced retail operations leader looking to drive strategic growth and operational excellence in a multi-state enterprise? We are currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to join our dedicated team. In this role, reporting directly to the COO and as a key member of the executive team, you will be instrumental in enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency across our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and maximize EBITDA.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide decision-making.
Implement innovative workforce management models to optimize labor resources and achieve budget goals.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational priorities are in line with company objectives.
Mentor and lead Regional Managers to ensure operational systems run effectively.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
Oversee store inspections and recommend improvements.
Analyze market potential and propose new store locations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to uphold positive relations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Lead a team of District Managers across various retail locations.

Required Education And Experience

Comfortable with standing, walking, reaching, and occasional sitting.
Work Environment
Moderate noise level with exposure to moving parts and outside weather conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work/Travel
Full-time position with occasional travel required (50-75%).
