Position Overview

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be instrumental in leading and directing our growth and productivity within specific restaurant markets across the United States. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include overseeing operational aspects, leadership policies, and ensuring compliance with company standards to maximize profitability and drive new restaurant growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Working closely with leadership to optimize restaurant operations and meet business goals.
  • Operational Leadership: Providing strategic direction to restaurant leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring key metrics and financial targets, implementing action plans to achieve operational goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and brand adherence.
  • Training and Development: Creating and enhancing training programs to build team capabilities.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborating with finance teams to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
  • Expansion and Growth: Supporting new restaurant openings and remodels for successful launches.
  • Compliance and Safety: Upholding compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive Operations leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams, reporting on market performance, and managing profitability.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
