No apartment industry experience? Great! We’ve grown successfully by bringing an entirely new and innovative approach to the apartment industry, carried out by a senior management team with no prior industry experience. This role would build and maintain investor relationships as well as obtain new investors. The investor department is responsible for raising capital in which our investors have received a 30.4% annual internal rate of return since 1992.


Qualified candidates should:


  • Successful track record setting expectations, holding accountable, managing, and motivating people.
  • Experience and proven success in building long-term relationships.
  • Track record of developing new clients.
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Acting as a player/coach
