Position Summary

DuPage Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Vice President of Lending to join their team. This role will be responsible for growing and maintaining a sound lending department while contributing to growth strategies and staying up-to-date on industry trends related to compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have visionary leadership skills, exhibit excellent communication skills, be a team leader, financially savvy, and self-motivated. A Bachelor's degree or related field is required, along with a minimum of ten years of executive experience within the credit union field or retail banking industry.
