They are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Growth Marketing to join their leadership team and spearhead their growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the agency.
  • Design and implement a robust New Business Development (NBD) process to drive agency growth.
  • Lead initiatives to expand business opportunities with existing clients and target new markets.

2. New Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for generating inbound leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities from existing clients.
  • Lead efforts to secure new clients, from initial outreach to closing deals.

3. Agency Marketing:

  • Oversee agency marketing efforts specifically related to new business development.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Ensure the agency’s unique value proposition is effectively communicated to the market.

4. Program Activation and Advisory:

  • Participate in program activation in an advisory capacity, providing strategic input and guidance to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as part of the agency's "brain trust" to offer insights and expertise on key programs and initiatives.

5. Culture and Team Development:

  • Foster a positive and optimistic culture within the agency, promoting enthusiasm and collaboration
  • Mentor and develop team members, cultivating a high-performance environment
  • Champion the agency's values and ensure they are reflected in all aspects of the business

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience working within an Experiential Marketing Agency
  • Proven recent experience in a Senior Growth Marketing or Business Development role
  • Demonstrated success in driving new business and expanding client relationships
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for experiential marketing
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, with a focus on achieving common goals
