Currently, we are looking for a results-driven Senior VP to oversee our international sales department and spearhead revenue growth.

Sales Team Leadership:
This is a hybrid role that requires the ability to work on-site in either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA. Salary plus commission offered.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and guide a high-performing sales team towards achieving sales targets.
- Provide coaching and support to the team to foster growth and development.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Implement innovative sales initiatives and programs to maximize results.
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency.
- Own profit and loss responsibility for the international sales division.
- Develop and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.
- Stay informed on industry trends in digital media measurement and identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilize expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position solutions effectively in the market.
- Leverage knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide insights to clients.
- Expand business within the existing client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling activities.
- Establish and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales, particularly in enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
