Join our team as Vice President of Revenue Operations

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Spearhead revenue operations management alongside the Revenue Leadership Team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to bolster global sales initiatives.
  • Supervise operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis.

Collaboration & Planning

  • Collaborate with senior executives to lead annual revenue operations planning cycles.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities.
  • Manage objectives and key results to drive high-impact initiatives.

Process & Technology Development

  • Innovate new processes and technologies to enhance global revenue growth, including quoting and Deal Desk.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot and Gainsight to streamline operations.

Cross-Functional Partnerships

  • Establish strong relationships with executives and key leaders across GTM teams.
  • Foster collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, IT, and finance teams.

Team Management

  • Cultivate and oversee a diverse team of high-performing managers.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding, continual training, and retention strategies within a remote work environment.
  • Align team objectives with company values and mission.

Performance Analytics

  • Collaborate with GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics.
  • Drive cross-functional revenue programs and escalate pertinent matters.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in business and operational leadership roles within a global SaaS Sales environment.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic visions and making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong sales skills with a customer-centric focus.
  • Proficiency in data analytics or intelligence operations.
  • Management experience in a complex organization, influencing at an executive level.
  • Ability to lead a high-performing team across various geographical regions.
  • Strong passion for operations, data intelligence, and enablement in a global context.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in engaging with executives both internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively interact and influence C-level executives and senior leaders.
