Dynamic Vice President of Food & Beverage Opportunity in Los Angeles
Join our corporate team in Los Angeles and take on the pivotal role of Vice President of Food & Beverage. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence, cultural enhancement, and financial performance of all Food & Beverage initiatives across our diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Innovate and implement tailored Food & Beverage concepts for luxury markets to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences.
Provide strategic leadership to Corporate Directors of Food & Beverage, collaborating with marketing, culinary, and property-level management teams to achieve revenue targets and strengthen brand presence.
Lead financial success initiatives, including revenue-driving campaigns and cost-effective strategies, in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer.
Cultivate vendor relationships, manage procurement, and optimize kitchen design to align with branding and operational efficiencies.
Lead menu development and costing processes, incorporating market trends and guest preferences to maximize value and profitability.
Ensure adherence to branding standards and operational procedures across all Food & Beverage outlets.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit Food & Beverage management, with a focus on strategic planning and financial acumen.
Advanced degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
Extensive background in luxury hotel and upscale dining operations is essential.
Proven success in launching revenue-driving concepts and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Strong communication skills with executive-level influence and proficiency in technology and data analytics.
