We are seeking an experienced executive to provide leadership at our two non-public schools. This position is responsible for implementing educational programs, creating and executing strategies to help students meet their educational goals, ensuring compliance and the implementation of best practice standards, leading the administrative team at both schools, and investing in relationships with partnering school districts to support successful academic outcomes.

A Typical Day Includes
Monitoring relationships with parents, educational rights holders, and authorized representatives to ensure that student needs are met.
Ensure compliance with all legal educational standards, state and federal laws, and accreditation standards
professional standards.
Participate in strategic planning and assist the agency in the growth of programs and services.
About You: The ideal candidate for this role will posses the following:
Master’s Degree in education or related field, preferably holding an Administrative credential.
Teaching Credential in Special Education is required.
Minimum of 7 years of executive experience, overseeing education programs.
The ability and willingness to connect with partnering school districts.

What We Offer
Pay Range: $150,000 - $165,000 annually
Bilingual stipends available
Days: 40 hour/week, Monday to Friday
Location: Canyon View School in San Dimas and Desert View School in Hesperi
