Join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX to take on the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our partnership sales strategy, aligning it with business goals, and nurturing a high-performing sales team. This opportunity allows you to lead and innovate within the sports and entertainment sector, fostering enduring relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and stakeholders to craft and implement a strategic plan to boost corporate partnership sales revenue.

Coach, motivate, and oversee a team of corporate sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met, offering guidance throughout the sales and contract processes.

Identify proactive business opportunities and creative strategies to secure new corporate partnerships.

Create and maintain detailed reports to monitor revenue pipelines and provide insights to senior management regularly.

Manage negotiations of major contracts with key clients and partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Drive collaboration with other corporate sales teams to optimize opportunities, including sales of suite leases and premium seating products.

Cultivate and sustain essential customer relationships, actively seeking fresh partnership avenues.

Represent the organization at networking functions and industry conferences to expand the network and spot potential clients and partners.

Champion a team culture that encourages excellence and exceeds revenue targets.

Perform market analysis to recognize trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing Communications is a requirement.

Minimum of 10 years of sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment, preferably within sports, entertainment, or arenas.

Proven record of securing high-value deals and effectively managing corporate sales teams.

Robust business relationships and industry knowledge are crucial.

Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Strategic Planning Abilities Are Essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is mandatory.

Work Environment And Requirements

Experience with sales presentation tools like SportsDigita is preferred.

Ability to respond promptly during business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Readiness to work all shifts in a 24/7 facility as needed.

Physical capability to sit for extended periods, walk, talk, hear, and operate hands for tasks.

Willingness to travel for networking events and conferences.
