Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Digital Infrastructure & Real Assets

A leading investment platform for a premier private equity firm focusing on energy and infrastructure assets is seeking an SVP of Corporate Finance to be based remotely or in one of their offices in either NYC, Dallas, or Los Angeles.

Our client is committed to delivering value for investors, property owners, and tenants. They focus on sustainable and secure future investments and acquire, own, and manage real asset investments, emphasizing long-term, sustainable cash flow.

The SVP of Corporate Finance will report directly to the C Suite and be responsible for building and managing a scalable, world-class investment and acquisition platform across the firm's Real Estate, Digital Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy verticals. The SVP will help shape and implement the firm's growth strategy while leading the modeling, forecasting, and planning of existing and future assets to maximize returns.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and consistently update the corporate financial model by proactively gathering the necessary information and providing necessary analysis and recommendations
• Responsible for strategic planning and investor communication materials (debt & equity), including monthly /quarterly reporting requirements and board decks.
• Provide necessary analysis to the executive team for board meetings, including (budgeting, forecasting, strategic capital planning, accretion / dilution analysis)
• Work with investment banks and debt providers on modeling solutions for adding leverage to our portfolio and provide clear and concise recommendations
• Consistently and pro-actively generate various corporate and asset level scenarios, inclusive of effect on the total portfolio, with recommendations and proposed courses of action
• Proactively identify capital market opportunities and provide analysis to support your recommendations (A&D, leverage, etc.)
• Work closely with executive management to assist with materials for any future fundraising / unique financial structuring modeling
• Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms and maintain strong investor relations as an external senior leader of the firm.
• Help Identify and assess financial risks associated with the company's real estate portfolio, interest rate exposure, currency risks, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience within the financial sector, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or REIT experience is preferred
• Experience in the Real Asset space with a preference for renewable energy, digital infrastructure, or real estate
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of navigating complex financial situations and communicating strategies to stakeholders
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management expertise and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members
