Join our growing team in Torrance, CA, and lead our claim operations to new heights. As the Vice President of Claim Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to uphold exceptional standards in claim services. Your role will involve overseeing adjusting and field claim operations, ensuring adherence to service benchmarks, enhancing employee and network satisfaction levels, and driving cost efficiency. Emphasizing a culture of accountability will be key in achieving success within the claims teams.

What You'll Receive With Us

• Competitive compensation ranging from $250k to $300k OTE, comprising a $175k base salary plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
