About The Role
The Senior Vice President or Executive Lead is the point person and has regular interactions with the leadership and campus community of their assigned university partners. SVP manages the strategic initiatives outlined in the scope of work, performs research, develops improvement plans and implements solutions for the university partners. The amount of communication they have with the assigned institutions might depend on the needs of that campus and initiatives in the SOW. As the Lead Executive, you are expected to serve as a mentor for the campus leaders and their team, helping them develop key skills and problem solving.
The Executive Lead manages the SOW projects and ensures that the Core functional leads meet their deadlines. You will identify key areas for improvement, identify new opportunities for value-add services, and suggest strategies to boost university performance in revenue and non-revenue areas.
What You'll Do
Play a leading role in the delivery of successful implementations and projects within the scope of work.
Delivery - Responsible for end-to-end project leadership deliverables for Prosperity Initiatives.
Managing and leading teams’ effective analysis of data and identification of issues.
Building effective relationships with key decision-makers.
Provide mentoring and support the development of campus leaders towards meeting the defined outcomes for the university.
Offering a strong and compelling point of view around strengthening the Universities Operational Effectiveness.
Developing deep understanding of internal business functions
Be viewed as a thought leader.
Prepare proposals, monthly and quarterly reports and make presentations to the key leaders (including cabinet, directors, trustees).
Lead efforts around penetration development in Core’s business model including identifying and focusing on the impact of higher education trends on university functional areas, identifying specific use cases and staying current with best practices.
Qualifications
A Master’s in education
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a dean or academic administrator
Excellent project management skills
Prove ability to collaborate, build consensus and work effectively with university partners and within the corporate culture.
An entrepreneur at heart, with proven ability to work independently and effectively and in a constantly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PH. D and/or working towards completion.
