Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop future strategies, balancing opportunities and priorities.
Operational Excellence: Manage vendor relationships to meet growth objectives and ensure service delivery aligns with business needs.
Project Leadership: Lead high-profile projects with sensitivity and confidentiality, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Performance Management: Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs), taking proactive steps to address any deviations.
Innovation: Identify and propose new partnership opportunities that align with business growth goals.
Team Leadership: Support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving excellence.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance project management practices and service delivery efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in vendor management
3+ years of project or program leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
Preferred Qualifications
Background in healthcare insurance or related fields
Experience with Medicare or Medicaid programs
Demonstrated success in a matrix organization
