6+ years in UX Research and healthcare domain experience
You would be primarily responsible for user research studies, directly impacting design strategies and applications. You must be able to create & run multiple types of user tests, analyze the collected data, and present the results along with your recommendations and meaningful user insights to all organizational levels with the highest quality.
Requirements
6+ year of UX research
Mixed method researcher who has a quantitative research background utilizing statistics
A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies and usability
Research including user personas, surveys & journey maps
Planning and executing research projects
Recruit test participants and manage participant scheduling
Create test criteria and run usability study sessions
Experience in qualitative and quantitative results
Develop research reports
