As a Senior Transaction Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing real estate transaction activities for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and disposals.
Collaborate closely with clients to align real estate plans with their strategic objectives.
Manage lease renewals, site acquisitions, and surplus space disposition through subleasing.
Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, representing both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers.
Negotiate business terms and conditions across various commercial real estate products.
Coordinate sales negotiations with field brokers, negotiate leases and amendments, and track contract expirations.
Source and secure new properties that meet clients' specific requirements and timelines.
Ensure seamless integration across internal and external teams to optimize service delivery.
Track and report all transaction activities, including preparing commissions, forecasts, vouchers, and accounts.
Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and operational standards to support departmental goals.
Utilize advanced knowledge to innovate and improve methods for achieving individual and team objectives.
Share expertise within the organization and mentor others to develop comprehensive job skills.
Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with company values and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Valid Real Estate Salesperson license.
Proven ability to think innovatively and develop solutions beyond conventional approaches.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen analytical mindset.
Proficiency in complex mathematical calculations involving percentages, fractions, and financial metrics.
Additional Requirements
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Compensation range: $110,000 to $165,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Eligible for discretionary bonus based on company benefits program.
