As a Senior Transaction Manager, you will oversee real estate transaction activities for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions.
Create tailored real estate plans aligned with client strategic objectives.
Facilitate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and surplus space disposals through subleasing.
Act as a key agent for both landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers, negotiating business terms for various commercial real estate products.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless transaction integration across service lines.
Track transaction activities and prepare commissions, forecasts, vouchers, and accounts.
Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and operational standards to support functional goals.
Mentor team members to enhance their expertise in transaction management and related disciplines.
Demonstrate leadership by upholding professional standards and promoting values.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Valid Real Estate Salesperson license.
Proven ability to innovate and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Advanced mathematical proficiency including calculations of percentages, fractions, and financial metrics.
Additional Requirements
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience, including potential for a discretionary bonus.
