Job Details

Aerospace Test Engineer

Salary $120K - $180K DOE

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities for valve and actuator products in civil and military applications.
• Develop and write comprehensive test reports and procedures for aerospace components.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet rigorous aerospace standards and specifications.
• Conduct performance evaluations and analyze test data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all testing activities and results.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing process.
• Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Aerospace or Space Manufacturing.
• Proven experience with valve or actuator product testing and documentation.
• Extensive background in developing and writing technical reports and procedures.
• Strong understanding of civil and military aerospace applications.
• 10 years of valve design experience is a significant plus and can influence higher salary considerations.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for 3 days in-plant and 2 days remote, depending on the candidate's background.
