Responsibilities
Responsible for training and development of teller team using the Teller 1,2,3 program
Responsible for counting and processing cash-in from Federal Reserve (dual control)
Audit all teller cash drawers, vault and ATM weekly
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
Ensuring teller team is assisting members by answering phones, and responding to other member communication channels when not processing teller transactions.
Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
One to three years’ related experience and/or training.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
