We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a computer guru, and possess extensive knowledge of operating systems and networking-related issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Customer Service experience
- Ability to assemble and upgrade PCs
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10/11, Server 2012/16/22
- Ability to set up and maintain domain controllers
- Strong experience in setting up and troubleshooting networking-related issues
- Knowledge of configuring firewalls, open ports, and setting up high availability redundancy for the dual internet service provider
- Solid experience in setting up printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Strong troubleshooting skills
