What you'll do:
Work closely with top technology companies to understand their hiring challenges, company culture, and exciting projects.
Craft thoughtful pitches and deliver them to some of the smartest engineering, product management, and leadership candidates in the industry.
Manage strategy and negotiations for complex job offers and compensation plans.
Consult with clients and candidates on best practices, trends, and market data.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
4+ years of technical recruiting experience with an emphasis on software, data, infrastructure, and mobile engineering roles.
3+ years of experience in a search firm or agency recruiting environment.
Experience building and managing client relationships.
A track record of success and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong writing and communication skills.
A willingness and passion for learning
