The Senior Technical Designer will be at the forefront of industry and cultural trends, consistently brainstorming innovative strategies to enhance brand perception. Collaborating closely with the Design/PD Team, this role will oversee the development and execution of all styles, including collaborations, partnerships, and special events.

This full-time hybrid role requires a proactive approach to technical design, garment construction, fitting, and communication with our China Office.

The Senior Technical Designer will collaborate closely with LA-based designers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Design, Garment Construction, and Fitting techniques

7-10 years of relevant experience in technical design

Prior experience in fast fashion is a Plus.

In-depth knowledge of current fashion fit trends

Strong Problem-solving Abilities And Effective Communication Skills

Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience in pattern making is desirable.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of meeting deadlines

Familiarity with various fabrications

Excellent vendor communication skills, particularly with import vendors

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
