Senior Supplier QA Specialist

BioTalent are proud to represent a world leading Healthcare and Medical Device pioneer on the search for a Senior QA Specialist - Supplier to join their renowned site in Cleveland Mississippi.

They are seeking an experienced Senior QA Specialist to be accountable for supplier quality ensuring compliance accordance with FDA guidelines and overall business priorities and schedules.

You will be Responsible for:

• Supplier qualification, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Nonconformance Reports (NCRs)
• Management of NCRs, conducting NCR timeliness and effectiveness reviews, and trending for CAPAs
• Supplier Audits, and creating required changes to specifications and SOPs - Acting as Lead Auditor and managing audit program
• Internal relationships - Liaising with stakeholders and responsible for training growth and development of team
• Investigations and root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs - Using 6-sigma / 8-D / CAPA / FMEA / 5WHY methodologies

You will bring the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
• Experience performing laboratory methods
• Supplier Quality experience within a pharma or medical device environment
