Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Superintendent/Senior Superintendent who is proficient in overseeing construction projects and eager to serve as a mentor to our younger employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of superintendent experience, with a proven track record of running successful projects and managing teams.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including junior superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Mentor and coach younger employees, offering support, advice, and opportunities for professional growth.
6. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
9. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
10. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
