Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with our company's vision.
Supplier Relationships: Build strong partnerships with suppliers to optimize quality and cost.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a dynamic team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and other teams to align sourcing activities with overall business objectives.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Financial Management: Manage sourcing budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
Experience: Extensive background in international sourcing and contract manufacturing.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of product technologies and manufacturing processes.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a global setting.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
