Job Description

Applied Research Works, Inc. (ARW) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Manager to join the Cozeva team and manage our strategic initiatives. 


At ARW, Solution Managers are responsible for designing, overseeing and driving execution against defined company strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare industry needs, strong technical acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and partners to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our growing business needs and our customers’ business needs. Key metrics of success are defined for each strategic initiative that the Solutions Manager is responsible for.  


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and lead strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring outcomes and timelines are achieved
  • Deeply understand the subject matter and connection of that subject matter to Company strategy to proactively flag risks or opportunities to senior leadership as well as define and translate business requirements into actionable product and/or operational needs
  • Partner with senior management to conceptualize strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and manage change within the organization
  • Directly manage strategic partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and direction. Engage with customers, healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Complete data analyses as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation/execution against strategic plans, including customer success, implementation, engineering, product management, sales and leadership
  • Develop change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during strategic implementations.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the success of strategic initiatives
  • Regularly report on project progress and outcomes to senior management
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and gain support for strategic initiatives, managing expectations and ensuring alignment to overall Company business outcomes and initiative goals
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices. Implement process improvements and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Keep up-to-date with knowledge of the healthcare industry and product enhancements


Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement: BA/BS in a relevant discipline. MPH, MHA, MHSA, MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in healthcare administration or healthcare technology/SaaS required. Experience working with Health Plans, Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), and Management Service Organizations (MSOs) or in value-based care programs preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience in project management or program management is preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and workflows.
  • Passionate about learning about and solving challenging problems in the healthcare operations, regulation and technology space.
  • Willingness to work as needed with international teams.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Able to successfully collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams. 


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
