As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our sales, product management, and executive teams to guide revenue growth and position our cutting-edge products during sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage your technical expertise and product knowledge to support our client-facing sales team as a domain expert.
Lead discovery workshops to identify customers' challenges and demonstrate our solutions, aligning them with their unique needs.
Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, partners, and colleagues with confidence.
Facilitate strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions, to align on roadmaps and desired outcomes.
Provide valuable feedback to our product management team on potential enhancements that can address customer needs and drive additional value.
Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
Represent our company at marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
Proficiency with our platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
Experience collaborating effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services teams.
Proven territory management skills, including pipeline building and promoting execution excellence with sales counterparts.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
