  • Strategic Negotiation and Contract Management: Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors, and perform thorough contract reviews and cost analyses to maximize value from our software investments.
  • Software Usage Optimization: Collaborate with our IT team to implement and manage systems for monitoring software utilization across the organization. Regularly review software usage to align licenses with actual needs, identifying opportunities to reduce costs by reallocating or terminating underutilized licenses.
  • Market Research and Vendor Sourcing: Continuously scout for new SaaS vendors and procurement channels, assessing the benefits of direct purchases vs. reseller or cloud marketplace options to ensure cost-efficiency and operational alignment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand evolving software requirements and ensure the procurement strategy supports these needs effectively.
  • Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Maintain vigilant compliance with legal and regulatory standards, proactively managing risks associated with software procurement.
