Role Overview
As the Senior Social Media and Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our online presence. You will lead the charge in developing and executing social media strategies that resonate with our audience, cultivate meaningful connections, and elevate our brand to new heights. Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
Create captivating multimedia content (text, images, videos) that captivates our audience and aligns with our brand identity.
Proactively monitor social media trends and industry developments, leveraging insights to optimize our approach.
Engage with our community in a genuine and responsive manner, building rapport and fostering a sense of belonging.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align messaging and support cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the gaming industry.
Demonstrated success in building and engaging online communities across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and familiarity with best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
Strong organizational abilities and adeptness at managing competing priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from social media metrics.
Genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities and trends.
Experience in community management and customer support is advantageous.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
