Senior Service Delivery Manager - Data Center / ML Background

Program Overview

The ML Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams across client's infrastructure to support the ML initiative to accelerate deployment of data centers for machine learning (ML).

Key objectives include: identify key risks to delivery against demand signals, develop project level mitigation plans, escalate key issues to leadership, and solicit leadership approval to execute project level mitigations.

PMO Scope

● Facilitate cross-functional alignment

● Assist Leads with identifying and mitigating risks

● Create template for Leadership updates for workstream leads

● Develop communications plan and draft communications

● Coordinate weekly updates for a weekly education series

● Supply Chain - Owner furnished equipment (OFE) project reconciliation and mitigation coordination

Industry Background

● Construction industry experience, esp. with data centers

● Experience tailoring messages for senior leadership audience

● Experience in facilitating large meetings with diverse stakeholders

● Familiarity with construction project scheduling

● Experience with forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain management

Pay Range: $60-85/hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
