Join this amazing team in Houston, TX. As a Senior Service Center Engineer, you'll play a key role in technical operations, supporting our regional service center and collaborating with our corporate engineering department.
Responsibilities:
Implement customer equipment requirements
Evaluate equipment condition and recommend repairs
Conduct failure analysis and create technical reports
Define scope of work for equipment restoration
Reverse engineer non-company components
Provide calculations and design new gears or repairs
Create detail drawings of components
Build job travelers and assist in technical training
Offer technical support to stakeholders
Occasional travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design or mechanical engineering
5 years of relevant experience required
Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D modeling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical power transmission and gear drives
