Senior Scheduler

RSP Group are seeking a Senior Scheduler to work on Healthcare and Advanced Technology projects for a leading General Contractor in the South East.

Must have P6 experience!

Key responsibilities include:

• Grow team capacity in planning & scheduling best practices.
• Motivate and build trust during planning sessions.
• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with the project team, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain contract schedules.
• Manage preconstruction planning, design development, bid/buy-out, long lead procurement, construction sequences, startup, testing & commissioning.
• Support resource loading, crew logic, cost loading, and variance reporting.
• Integrate subcontractor schedule inputs.
• Utilize 4D tools to integrate schedules with BIM models.
• Provide risk management input on key milestones.
• Alert the project team and owner to potential issues and assist in developing recovery plans.
• Create visual references and variance reports to highlight project status and issues.
• Ensure alignment between the P6 schedule and other detailed tracking tools.
• Understand CPM, LBMS, and Takt scheduling theories.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of scheduling experience in related markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Effective multitasking and detail-oriented team player.
